Jeff has a B.A in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University. He received supervised case consultation training from the Academy of Cognitive Training in New York and also received supervision under the guidance of a licensed psychoanalyst from the Psychoanalytic Study Center of Southern California.
Jeff's experience includes working with private practice clients, intensive outpatient care agencies, schools and community clinics. His treatment approach focuses on collaborating with clients to address current maladaptive/distressing thoughts, feelings and behavior in the context of their psychosocial history in order to clearly identify underlying needs and wishes.

Individual therapy is a collaborative process worked through in an empathic, caring and confidential environment to explore clients thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to assist in making significant changes in the circumstances of their lives and their underlying core beliefs about themselves and their relationships with others.
