I took my car to be tinted at "Mad Window tint" and they did a great job with the tint, but sadly they weren't very careful with my vehicle. After calling the shop and explaining my issue and how i found scuff marks on my passenger side door to a brand new 2017 Chevrolet malibu that I've only had for a week, the person on the phone proceeded to raise his voice at me. I found that very rude and unprofessional especially since I'm the one that just dropped over $200 in your establishment and all i wanted was someone to own up to it!! So although i can be honest enough to say they did a great job

I called three days before my appointment was told I would be able to come in at 12 I arrived 10 minutes before 12 and was told they can’t take me cause the call everyone a few days before to confirm I was never told this on the phone I have no missed calls on my phone so after getting a baby sitter and making time around my schedule just to get told they couldn’t take me even though I had made an appointment! Very unprofessional should have at least tried to call reach out leave a message anything
