I strongly recommend you to CAREFULLY consider this shop as your vehicle MIGHT BE BROKEN after their work, and they are NOT responsible for it.
1. Quality: 2.5 - as you can see the attached image, this is it. The photo was taken after 6-7 months of the job. I just wanted to generously ignore it, but their disappointing responsibility ended up for me to report it. In addition, I have a few dusts from the driver side. I got the tint job with all 4 windows with hatch and the 4 windows have different cut length from the edge of each windows - irregular.
2. Kindness: 5 - they were kind at the visit

Tony, Fred, and Will are a great team at Synergy. Tony took the time to explain and go over all the differences in the services I wanted to do. To make a long story short, I dropped my vehicle off to be tinted. After leaving with my daughter, Tony reached out to me to let me know of a couple items that needed to be addressed. This was going to put them behind on the scheduled time that we agreed upon. My dilemma was getting a ride back to pick up my car. Since it was during working hours, no one was available. Tony offered to come pick me up and bring me to the shop. Needless to say, it worked

Steve is THE MAN! Always does incredible work no matter what! I brought him my grandparents handicap accessible dodge van for a remote start to make their lives a little easier and he hooked us up big time! Also, he tinted my mustang a few years back and it’s STILL perfect. Zero bubbles, creases, or imperfections. Exactly what you expect when bringing your vehicle to a shop! Steve goes above and beyond to keep his shop spotless, neat, and extremely welcoming. Steve and team were great! I took a little longer than I had hoped to get my car in after their initial quote but they got me scheduled quickly, performed the work on time and my BMW X5 came out looking like it had just come off the showroom floor. You can’t go wrong with these guys and I’ll definitely be using them again!
