David took care of our pump when we had trouble with a new pump another company installed. We couldn't get the original repair man to fix it correctly or in a timely manner. We were afraid of losing our lawn. When we asked David to take over the problem he did so quickly and expertly. The pump is working great and our lawn is improving. We think David is a rare business man in today's world. He is fair, honest, trustworthy, and just a remarkable human being. He's the only person to call for help with your pump or watering system. We needed a shallow well for irrigation. Another company came out and drilled 12 feet and said they hit clay so a shallow well wouldn't work. They said we needed a deep well. I called David Pruitt about a deep well. He saw there were permits in my area for shallow wells, so said he could try to drill for a shallow well before a deep well. At 20 feet, his employee said there was still clay and wasn't sure if they could get water - but the employee called David. David came out and kept drilling. At 23 feet, David hit water. They set up the new well and pump within 5 days of that initial appointment

Call this company if you're having any issues with your well pump! I have a well pump that I turned on, got distracted by my kids and forgot to open the spicket to the hoses that water my yard. When I came home the pipes from the pump blew off and well water was gushing into my garage. Thankfully, David came out the SAME DAY and not only fixed the broken connection to the pump, but also replaced the old spicket/pipes outside and the old cord that I had attached to my pump (it looked like a fire hazard). This is my first house. I've never used a well pump before. He even showed me how to turn on

I called David to fix my pump that stopped working. I have used him before and have always been happy with the work he does. He immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment. He showed up and communicated with me as to what happened and how he would fix the problem and gave me a price. His dedication, knowledge and communication is very rewarding given contractors these days don't have time nor patience to deal with the homeowner. The pump is so quiet now I don't even know it's on. I would highly recommend him for any pump or well job you have. What a pleasure to hire him.

I had a very small job to cap an artesian well and David Pruitt took excellent care of us. David actually charged me less than we originally agreed to because the job was not as difficult as he anticipated. It's rare to find honesty and integrity when hiring someone to work on your house. Give David a call the next time you have a well or pump issue. You'll be glad you did!!

Found Dave after he was recommended to me. I had an issue where water was not going from my pump to my sprinklers. He came out the same day and fixed the issue immediately. He is an extremely nice guy and I will use him going forward if I have any other problems.

David went above and beyond when our well pump broke. David drove 2 hours to come and help us with our broken, very complicated well pump. He drove down to us at 7pm at night to try and help us. Once he realized it was more intense then what he thought, he needed to come back the next day with more equipment. The next day he was here and literally worked for 10 plus hours and did not give up once. He went above and beyond till the very end. I’m so happy he was recommended. If you ever have any problems with your well system, David Pruitt well service is definitely the place to call.

We had our well dug deeper and the difference has been amazing. He did a great job!! Left everything as clean as when he started. Our sprinklers now run fantastic and the new pump is so quite we can set the timer to early morning hours without it waking up the dead. A great guy and crew. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Well & Pump Company.

Stay away. Both my neighbors have a shallow well so I thought it would be easy and paid half up front. big mistake. David drilled for an afternoon and then the next morning and then said it was dry and Id need a deep well for 3 times the price. After about 2 weeks of phonetag everything stopped, no more calls or texts. its been a month since anything. No well, and a non-refundable deposit.
The kicker is that I called another company and it was 10 days from phone call to finish for a shallow well in the same spot. Not sure what happened with David but I'm certainly not impressed.

David did an outstanding job replacing our Deep Well and I can't recommend him highly enough! He went above and beyond in every way and when he found out that he wouldn't need as much material as originally estimated he let us know and took that cost off the final bill. How often do you get that from any service provider much less one who does a great job?
