I was so pleased to have met and been able to work with Yves Le Bienvenu, owner/broker at YBROKER in Dana Point. We met in Le Tip and when I was ready to sell my empty nest home in Irvine and downsize I knew just the person to do it.
Amiable in nature, Yves also lives by that ethical, caring character that so many Realtors only claim to possess. His dedication and work ethic is apparent in every case I've seen has gone above and beyond the call of duty, helping with the rigors of selling/moving: garage sales, staging the home, dropping goodwill items, he even came to help me touch up
