Donalies Financial Planning
Donalies Financial Planning, LLC was founded in 2012 with the goal of providing fee-only financial planning and investment management advice to anyone in need of assistance. While DFP works with clients of all ages, the majority of our clients are between the ages of 35 and 60. I live in Washington, D.C. with my wife and two adorable little girls (but I'm biased).

When I'm not trying to keep up with the kids, I devote time to other passions: CrossFit, creating artwork inspired by video games, playing video games (to research new painting ideas!), and reading/watching bad sci-fi (well, there's almost no such thing as bad sci-fi).
Services
While we provide financial planning and investment advice to anyone, there are two types of clients with whom we work best:. Individuals or couples who are ready to retire and who want help achieving financial goals, managing investments, and retirement distributions. Dual-income families, often with a combined income of $300K+, who don't have the time, inclination, or knowledge to manage their finances.
Every client engagement is different. That's because every client's goals and financial situation are different. Despite the variation, here is the framework we follow to ensure you're on the right path to achieving your financial goals. The first step in the planning process is for you and the planner to get to know each other.
Whether you're preparing for retirement or already retired, you have financial goals you want to achieve. Unfortunately, you may not have the time, knowledge, or inclination to determine the best way to achieve your goals. First, we'll get to know each other and find out what your financial goals are.
Have you even wondered how much you actually spend on entertainment & streaming services every month? Well, you're in luck. This calculator can help you see how all these relatively small charges add up. Keep in mind the total amount doesn't include any applicable taxes or extra fees. Don't worry, this isn't going to turn into one of those personal finance posts about how your monthly Netflix bill is going to derail your retirement.
