Services
There is no one-size-fits-all financial plan. At Money Plans, we tailor our planning services to each stage of your life, helping you to achieve your short- and long-term goals and secure your financial future. Growing families often juggle short- and medium-term needs with their long-term goals. We help these clients to prioritize their wants and needs, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Our process starts with establishing and defining the client-advisor relationship. I will explain my services and compensation, as well as our respective responsibilities. I will gather your data and determine your goals and expectations. I'll ask questions aimed at understanding your financial situation, personal and financial goals, and attitude about risk.
Our clients range from Millennials to centenarians; they are singles, couples, families, and those who are divorced or widowed. At every stage of life, we work diligently to help each unique client achieve their goals. We work hard to help you achieve your goals, in everything from borrowing intelligently to managing a financial windfall to retiring comfortably and providing for the people and causes you love.
At Money Plans, we believe in complete fee transparency. While each situation is slightly different, the information below provides the typical range of fees for our services. Our wealth management advisory service includes developing a cost-effective investment portfolio based on your situation, goals and comfort level with risk.
At Money Plans, we are committed to the high standards of The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). We subscribe to its values, follow its Code of Ethics, and are bound by its Fiduciary Oath. NAPFA is the country's leading professional association of Fee-Only financial advisors-highly trained professionals who are committed to working in the best interests of those they serve.

Run, do not walk to your next possible financial advisor. Choose someone who is a certified financial planner. Although Peg Downey was a partner in this firm, she has retired and Denise Leish is NOT certified. I consulted with her and experienced a bait and switch - she quoted an estimated fee for our consultation and charged me nearly double the amount without indicating that there would be an increase in the fee charged. I was and am unhappy with the service provided and would not recommend her at all.
