I had an appointment for a sinus infection. I reassured them it was not covid as I was tested by the city and had the results as proof if needed. I also took 2 tests at home to make sure. At my Dr visit, the Dr stayed far away and did not even check me. She did not check my ears or listened to my heart or lungs. Nothing at all.... I was basically the Dr, I told her I think I have a sinus infection and she just said "ok I'll give you antibiotics." That's all! Mind you I had to drive 45 minutes to get there as I live far away.

4 stars for the kindness and patience of most of the staff, especially the doctor that had been seeing me and following up with results with me. One star off because I'm confused as to why I didn't have to pay any co-pays for my first two visits to the office, then when I opted for a follow up phone call, I got charged $30? Lol it was like a 10 minute phone call, not even a video call; I was just confused on that front why pay for a call that ...I guess....is already happening idk. I said I could do it over the phone, they gave me the option to come in person or over the phone; I said

Update, 6/9/21: I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately I scheduled a virtual appointment- and I asked specifically if there is a wait for the appointment. I was told “no”. The day of the appointment, the physician and I were playing a little bit of phone tag but this was a whole hour and a half after the scheduled time when the physician finally called. I called the front office to try and get ahold of the Doctor, and was left on hold a few times, and I was told there’s a 4 hour wait period for telehealth appointments. I guess my question is- why not inform patients of the policies

Wanted to setup appointment as a new patient and she said they took my insurance but that she couldn’t find me, maybe she mistyped a letter, didn’t even bother to ask me to read it back, because everyone else finds it just fine, my id is current and I’m not going to email a copy if I can just read it over the phone, no doctors office has ever asked me to do that in all these years, that just creates extra wait when all someone who is sick wants to do is setup an appointment. Usually you provide it over the phone they find it or whatever , and then make a copy at the office...

I didn't care for Dr. Robledo, fortunately she left. I was then assigned to Dr. Rochin, whom I liked very much. I asked if he accepted my insurance and was told Yes. After another appointment, I was told No he doesn't. I was assured that they had applied to my insurance and was waiting for acceptance. I was told that I could still see Dr. Rochin, because I had 2 appointments in 02/2021. On 01/27/21, I needed to see Dr. Rochin and was told that I needed to find a new PCP or change my insurance. The office staff should had been honest with me to begin with, because how was I going to find a new PCP

I went for a new patient initial physical. I was very disappointed. The Dr. did a half a physical exam and didn’t seem interested in my medical conditions. This was after waiting for 45 minutes to even get in. Then I received a bill stating my insurance did not cover the visit. It seems as though had coded the visit at a higher level since my insurance covers initial visits to establish care and bill was significantly higher than copay. I made several attempts to get this corrected and was told the billing office would call me back. After the 6th attempt, I just gave in and paid the bill. At

This was my first visit to Primary Care and it was one of the most genuine experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. Upon walking through the door I was greeted by the workers who were so very respectful and were genuinely concerned with helping my issues. I am an Army combat veteran with much trauma and health issues, and the doctor actually took the time to listen to each and every one of my problems and address them properly and thoroughly with a lot of care and concern. I completely recommend Primary Care El Paso to anyone. This is the very best doctor in town hands down!
