Services
Your Medical Weight Loss evaluations will be bi-weekly. Our Evaluation will include progress of weight, blood pressure, heart rate, waist circumference, and BMI, and much more. Improvement of some Mental Alertness, Increased Metabolism, Increased Concentration, Increased Energy, Added Vitality and Harmony to their body, Elimination of Toxins, Improvement of some Medical Problems, Money Savings.

I have been coming here 5 years on average of every 3 months due to several serious health conditions and I have had nothing but great interactions with all the staff and doctor. They are very friendly and very professional. They have actually helped me with issues with my insurance company in sorting out what is covered and not covered. Yes there has been times when they are a little backed up and you wait awhile but don't tell me that there is a magic doctor office that everyone gets in on time all the time. I have 7 doctors and they all have time issues and much worse than here. I ask you try

I've used different clinics in El Paso, but Mt. West on Dean Martin has truly been the best. They helped me get into a program, since I don't t have insurance, to help me pay. The staff is great and helpful. Dr. Ramos is attentive and caring and helps make you feel better. They also have a program to help you lose weight which I've been on and have successfully lost over 20 pounds. Mrs. Medina walks you through and motivates you to have success. I highly recommend this Health Center to anyone that needs medical attention.

Most wonderful experience I have had at a doctor's office recently. The office staff was extremely professional and very friendly which is what people want when they go to a doctor. Everybody in the office was extremely professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this clinic and highly recommend it.
I like the one on one participation with the doctor and the nurses. They answered every question that I had and even more if I didn't live so far away I would change and go to mount West family health.

I am a new patient to this clinic. I was told by the doctor to get blood work done for my physical and to come to the office to get that done. So I fasted and came to the office this morning to get my blood work done. I told no less than four people exactly why I was there. I waited 45 minutes, watched several patients who came in after me go in and come out, and finally went to the front desk to find out when I was going to be seen. I was asked AGAIN why I was there, and I AGAIN told them I was there for a blood draw (CBC). At NO time did anyone tell me that they did not do blood draws for CBCs

Ms Payne is the BEST, office personnel at the front desk are very nice and helpful, but be VERY AWARE, the have a RB Ms. RAMOS, she needs to reconsider her profession, she's nice to your face, but then miss informs you and basically stabs you in the back. She said I denied a wellness check, which her and the office staff scheduled me themselves and gave me the appointment date on paper and B/W too, office staff will tell you that they will only see you for one condition on an appt., i went in for a follow up and they wanted to add doing a wellness exam, told RAMOS that im all for it but i would

Ms. Payne is great, I just wish her staff would be on the same page. I was called for a follow up appointment for my "diabetes." (I dont have diabetes).
I don't know if the receptionist on the other end violated HIPPA policies by blurting that out over the phone, but it was really concerning considering diabetes was not mentioned during my follow up visit a few months back. Fast forward to my follow up appointment. The technician taking my vitals repeated the same information as the lady who blurted it out on the phone. I told her I wasnt aware I had diabetes. I asked if she was sure. She hesitated

I don't appreciate being told that insurance companies will only pay for 1 procedure per visit. I called my insurance company and they said that's not true.
I don't appreciate being told I have no balance due only to find out weeks later that over $200 is owed.
I don't like sitting in the office for an appointment and not seeing my provider until 2 hours after my appointment.
I don't appreciate getting the results of an MRI until 2 1/2 weeks after the procedure.

I seriously don’t understand the reason for all the negative reviews?! I’ve been going to this facility for over 20 years and absolutely love this place! Victor Villalobos is the M.D. and has several Physician Assistants working for him. All the PAs are very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient; I never feel rushed. The front desk is awesome; they are very cordial and have great customer service.
