Alex was tremendously helpful and responsive in navigating an urgent need within hours of our closing. Further, he helped us with a specific need (rent back insurance) that other companies could not provide. Alex was wonderful! GREAT Customer service! He just made my day so much easier. This is so important, because these days, that kind of customer service is a lost art and Alex just went out of his way to take care of my insurance needs and put my mind to rest. My parents were in sales and they used to say when I was growing up, "Treat a customer well, and you have a customer for life!". Well on that note, Alex Nguyen has me as a customer for life!

Alex previously talked to my mother about transferring my policy from California over to Virginia where I had recently moved, and I had the pleasure of meeting up with Alex to help confirm information during the process. He also made some very helpful suggestions to help make my time easier here in Virginia, such as recommending their bank, which I fully intend on being a part of someday. On top of being very helpful, Alex was very kind, outgoing, and friendly. He was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.
