I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need. Johno was very helpful with my new policies with State Farm. He saved me about $200 per month. The insurance company I was previously with was super expensive. Best thing I ever did was switch to Johno Steffen Agency.

I stopped by the office on a busy Friday without calling ahead. I was able to meet with the team right away. Then I also had one on one time with the agent, Johno Steffen, while my paperwork was being processed. It was so nice to still get a personal touch and meet the people I was doing business with.

With bilingual staff, I can be sure that my parents will never have a problem trying to call there and find help when needed.

Johno and his staff go above and beyond what is asked of them. His office was extremely helpful with getting my home insurance claims approved. I just wish I had switched over to them earlier. Would recommend this group to anyone who isn’t getting what they pay for with their insurance. I am a customer for life!

We’ve been with this agency for over 15 years. Their customer service is excellent and always very responsive. Any time I’ve called there has been a very helpful representative to speak to right away. Whenever we’ve needed assistance they resolved it promptly. I highly recommend this agency as they are trust-worthy, have excellent customer service and prompt.
