Tube Bending and End Forming - Aero Inc. is capable of bending tube and pipe from.25"dia. up to 3.00" diameter. Our 2500 watt Laser is capable of producing parts 24 hours a day with its automatic load and unload feed tables. We have stamping presses ranging from 40 ton to 250 ton used exclusively to compliment additional operations requiring forming or stamping tubes and brackets.

We prefer medium to high volumes but it depends on many variables such as design, size and tooling factors. We have many years of experience in metal fabricating and can offer assistance in designing your products to be effective for its intended end use as well as competitively price. We have experience in working with all type of carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, and aluminum.
Aero Inc. is capable of bending tube and pipe from 1/4"dia. up to 3.00"dia. We are experienced in bending ferrous and nonferrous material with internal mandrels for thinner wall materials and appearance parts or empty compression style bending of heavier wall tubes. Our benders are CNC controlled so programing and controlling difficult shapes and sizes is feasible.
Our new state-of-the-art 6000 watt Automated Fiber Optic Laser CNC machine is capable of cutting Ferrous and Non-ferrous materials up to 1.250. We also have the option of cutting with High Pressure Nitrogen Gas which leaves the part edges ready for secondary paint or plating. The Phoenix Laser is equipped with a Four tier Compact load and unload tower for increased productivity and efficiency enabling us to cut parts 24/7.
Our Haas high speed CNC Drill/Mill Machining Center has a working area of 20" x 16" x 15.5" with an in-line spindle with an 18+1 tool changer. This allows us to drill, tap and perform light machining of tubes or blanks in a single operation boosting capacity and speed to minimize our cycle times and boost productivity.
