The VA set up my appointment. I was told your Buffalo location. The texts I received came from Buffalo location. Nowhere was the location identified. I called and got a message about how important I was for 12 minutes.
I went to Buffalo location, it took ? 10 minutes to determine where the actual clinic entrance was.
I was told, your appointment is at our Pecos location.
Suggestion: ADD LOCATION ON TEXTS

I would like to say it's been over 6 months since my mole was removed on the left side of my nose. I would like to Thank You (Alyssa Oliver, NP and your Asst) for doing an Awesome job. It's fully healed and you'll ever know I had a mole on my nose. It was a blessing to have you perform the surgery. Thank you, again...

*Loved* the doctor, but the check in took a long time and for the check out process (to pay additional fees and make a follow up appointment) you have to stand in the same check in line that was now literally out the door. I've never seen that before. The waiting room chairs are nicely spread out, but they were all full.
The check in desk staff are clearly over burdened and getting short with people - and people who have been standing in line for a while are getting short. Downward spiral. I just left. They can send me a bill and I'll call to make an appointment if I decide to go back.

Arrived on time, which is 15 minutes early as requested. I had already pre-checked online earlier. Had to wait 45 minutes which was 1/2 hour after my appointment time. Then I had to wait another half hour in the exam room to see the PA. She was very nice and professional and helpful which made up a bit for the wait.
