Had a very pleasant experience with this group of individuals! My office visits were very quick and answered all the questions I had. Their staff, and Dr.Samlaska, are an astounding team that made me feel super comfortable. They removed a cyst I had on my face for 16 years and felt like a total makeover after the removal. Thanks a billion!

Dr. Samlaska is fantastic. I have had a chronic skin condition for a very long time (30+ years). He quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed a topical medication. For once, I actually followed his directions and voila! my condition is gone! He is kind of a serious guy. Not a great bedside manner. But he definitely knows what he is doing. I know for a fact that he is recommended by other healthcare providers. On my follow up visit, I told him that he was so good at curing my issue that he ought to consider doing this for a living. LOL! He actually laughed, also. 😂

Academic Dermatology of Nevada in Henderson is a well-oiled operation . The staff is efficient and knowledgeable and you rarely have to wait for any of the treatments or for scheduling future appointments. The office gives you a relaxed feeling with plenty of comfortable chairs and is one of the best decorated medical offices in the area. Dr Samlaska is a PRO in treating your skin ,etc issues. I have complete confidence in his treatment plans; and I have been a patient of his for over 10 years.

For the past several years Dr. Samlaska has handled a number of procedures for both of us. He has always done his work in an exceptionally competent manner, he is knowledgeable, kind and we truly appreciate his services. .
The wait, on the rare occasion when there is one, is short, we've had no problem getting a last minute appointment if there's a problem that shouldn't wait, the offices are clean and the office staff terrific.

I have been going to Dr. Samlaska for over 10 years now. His office and staff are wonderful and attentive. I had two basal cell issues removed early on and have been seeing the doctor regularly to freeze off age spots etc. ever since. I have had no further issues.
I highly recommend Academic Dermatology. My experience has been great!

Dr. Samlaska and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate that each individual is accountable, professional, and knowledgeable. They make me and my health the priority during each visit.
It is refreshing to know my care is in good hands regardless if it is with the providers or MAs.
Jessica, Lina, Sara, and Katherine will go to great lengths for my prior authorizations and assisting me with understanding my next steps.

Dr. Samlaska is excellent. I’ve been with him for several years. The office is efficient when it comes to your medical benefits paperwork and works quickly to get you in for your appointments. He is on time and works quickly. Doc explains everything clearly with regards to what he is going to do and what type of skin issue you may have. He has good assistants and they work as a good team. The costs are very fair. In fact I had an issue with an invoice and medical benefits, and Dr.Samlaska helped with the charges. I have been going to Dr. Samlaska's office for probably five yrs and find him thorough, efficient and friendly. His medical assistant Lina is professional and kind and the front staff headed by Jane and two very nice young ladies are extremely efficient. I had previously used another local dermatologist and had to wait, wait and wait. The most annoying was the waiting for 20 minutes to pay my bill but not in Dr. Samalaska's office. Keep up the good work and kudos to all.
