I started taking private lessons with Mikah after being in one of her group classes because I wanted to focus my efforts and I felt comfortable with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a fabulous Yoga instructor. She works very well with students of all levels and adjusts her sessions accordingly. I’m so glad I discovered Mikah’s classes and have seen so many benefits to my overall well-being as well as my strength and flexibility.

I have been doing private yoga sessions with Mikah for a few months now and am already seeing improvement in my balance (physically and emotionally) and with my strength and flexibility! She is a great instructor and I highly recommend her. The work I do causes a lot of strain on my neck and shoulders and she has worked with me on improving that and it has helped immensely!

Mikah is an excellent yoga instructor! I had wanted to try yoga for many years and finally did it. I'm 76 years old and learned so much from her that I can do the poses and breathing exercises in my own home. I had a knee replacement a year ago and wasn't sure I could do the poses. She showed me ways to do it so as not to hurt my knee. Mikah has a soft, soothing voice and that actually put me at ease. I highly recommend trying one of her classes...sure glad I did!!!
