My job was originally bid on and a contract signed in October of 2020 for a Four Seasons Sunroom. The salesperson told me that the job would be completed in a few months. He said they were looking at March, 2021 or April, 2021 for an install time frame. I heard nothing from anyone at the business. As the time approached for the install, I had Joe call me. He said that they should be out sometime in October of 2021! I told him this was not acceptable, and I was told by the salesperson that it would be installed in the Spring of 2021. Joe told me that they "have had problems" with their salespeople

We bought some nice patio furniture but couldn’t enjoy it much due to the intense heat. After looking at several options we decided on a Solara louvered pergola. Tommy came out and helped us design the right pergola for our sitting area. He was easy to work with and told us exactly what to expect. The installation was timely and professional. We love it. We’re out there every minute we can, rain or shine.
