I had my first visit this past week and was very pleased. The staff here are very sweet and welcoming, and even though they were running a bit behind they were extremely apologetic and handled the situation very well. Summer is AWESOME and truly gifted (she isn't known as the lip queen for nothin lol). I've received lip filler in the past, but this was a totally different experience. I have pondered for over a year if I should get some fillers in my tiny little lips and I was sooooo nervous that I was going to look different if I did do it. I finally went in and saw Nurse Mackenzie and she was amazing. She walked me thru the process and select a specific type of filler she thought would be best for me based on me wanting to look as natural as possible. I was in an out in 30 minutes and LOVE them! I even was able to go in for a quick touch up to make sure they are perfect. Highly recommend Be you Medical. So clean and professional! No small lips

I treated my sister-in-law for a lip filler earlier this month, and she loves her lips. However, she said her experience "could have been better". It was mainly because the procedure was "painful". She applied the numbing cream that was provided to her and in less than 10 minutes she was called in the room. Midway through her procedure, she mentioned to her injector whether she should apply more numbing cream and she answered, "No you're good". My sister-in-law said she was in pain the whole time. She was aware there might be some discomfort but not pain.

I recently had profound rf and co2 laser treatments done. The treatments themselves were intense, but my nurse did a great job keeping me comfortable and calm. Unfortunately, that's where anything positive ends. Not only was I not prepared for the treatments, but I wasn't prepared for what came after. First, I never was educated on how to prep leading up to the day I had the treatments done. I was sent generic instructions, that's it. I was never offered medication to help calm or ease my nerves. I didn't even know it was an option. What I do know is that it would've helped

SUMMER!!!! is your girl!!!! I’m sure there’s other amazing women who inject here, but my forever go to is Summer. She knows what she’s doing. My Botox results are allllllways what I want/need. I began doing preventative two years ago with her and it feel/look amazing all year long. She’s very knowledgeable and talks over everything in detail with you prior to injecting. Book in advance with her though as she books up quickly!

Tina was quite rude to someone I know (we'll call her J) yesterday. Tina told J she is almost a decade older than her but she looks younger, and she would have thought J was her age, and that J's skin looks really bad and she needs to take care of it. Then she tried to upsell her on more injections and almost $400 worth of product. J has been in many times for botox, which of course is done for a more youthful appearance, so it felt like a cheap shot.
J was and still is understandably upset.
I know it's her job to upsell but it is possible to do that with tact and politeness. Also

Summer is the best injector I have ever gone to. She's been doing my injections for over 5 years and she never disappoints! She's so knowledgeable and always gives me what I ask for. I've gone to other injectors because of a moving situation and it was closer, but I came right back to Summer, she is the best! She's seriously an injection wizard! So recently, my under eyes have been looking very hollowed out. Age, weight loss, age again lol! I knew I wanted to do something about it and started doing some research. Honestly I had heard of tear trough filler but never really looked into it seriously. I started looking at various injectors around the area and I found Summer.
And let me tell you how happy I am! I had seen Summer at her previous location and she was just as wonderful there as she is at her new location!

Dr. Selene used to be the best place to go for Botox and fillers. As her brand expanded and became more successful, she has become less accessible and the business has fallen into the wrong hands of extremely unprofessional staff who manage her business very poorly.
Latest reviews from longtime, loyal customers appear to mimic the same sentiment - the new booking system is flawed and impersonal. You cannot book Selene online, and you may only book her if you get Botox AND fillers. You have to call and wait for the call to be returned to you. Good luck having it returned at
