My insurance co. for last 10 yrs, changed carriers, so we had to come in and sign on to new carrier, paid a new down payment, 4 days later got told we're dropped on a nondisclosure, that the company left out... lost my money and ins, a friend told me call Nellie at Pura Vida. I did, she was thorough, and stayed on top of my quotes, had new policy by end of day... awesome customer appreciation, SALUTE.
