I actually really like the few dentists that treated my daughter here over the several years that she was a patient. What I did not like was when, without any sort of warning, a charge for 'dental hygiene education' started appearing on our bill. Nothing new or different had happened during her appointment, so when I asked about it, at first the biller told me it was for some sort of real education that had happened, but eventually came around to admitting it was some sort of new fee because of COVID. So, what actually happened was, because the state of New York won't let them

I took my daughter to my dentist for her first 2 appointments (24 month and 30 month) and the experience was quite difficult. I decided to try a pediatric dentist and found this office on Yelp. Just got back from her 3 year old appointment and I am so happy we switched. Dr. Lou and everyone else in the office were great. They made it fun to be at the dentist and took the time to show my daughter that taking care of teeth should be fun. My daughter said "I like this doctor" as we were leaving. Enough said. Will return for all of her future dental appointments.

My 3 year old had an amazing first dentist experience at NY Pediatric Dentistry. The game room upon walking in was a huge hit for my son, who probably didn't even realize this was a doctor's appointment. The team handling the appointment were great at making sure he was comfortable and making sure he knew what was going on every step of the way. He was calm the entire time resulting in a 15 minute, tear free appointment.

Wow! I am beyond impressed with NY pediatric dentistry. I brought my 3 year old nephew here for his first dental experience and now he actually loves the dentist and can not wait to go back! I mean, I will take it. Dr. Jessica Fierman was a gem. She knew just what to say to help my nephew feel comfortable and got him laughing within the first 3 minutes of seeing him. She was patient, calm and so helpful. She knew her stuff. I am so happy I found this place and look forward to our next visit with Dr. Fierman!!!

The moment my kids (ages 7, 12, and 15) set foot in the waiting room, they were happy. My younger ones immediately went to the computers, and my older one appreciated being able to sit on the couch and relax and watch TV. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, from the initial phone calls, to the time we checked in when we arrived, and through the entire visit. We were at Dr. Lou's practice in NYC and are now with him again, closer to our home in Westchester. Both he and his staff set the kids at ease. I know my kids are receiving the highest level of dental care. I would highly recommend

Who says great pediatric dentistry cannot be found North of the city???
During a frantic search for a dentist to help with a cuspid casualty, we stumbled upon Dr. Cooper and his professional staff.
Personally, I have terribly tusks. One could even say I am the owner of insubordinate ivory incisors.... Needless to say, Ive seen many dentist offices.
From the first step inside I was beckoned to the modern front desk, riddled with computers of all shapes and sizes. To my left, a rotunda of Apples, computers that is- about 6 of them all loaded up with inviting games and graphics. Flat Screen
