Frank from Ticketfit was the only lawyer I consulted that would take my camera ticket received from turning right at a red light where the turn right was allowed. Told me to take the wrong traffic school class. First offer to call the courthouse see if they would take the 8 hours class instead, if not he is willing to covered the fees for the class, never got back to me. After countless emails, I called him and he claimed that his email was broken and wants me to be patient. My wife was wrongly ticketed after an accident. We researched & hired Frank Menendez of TicketFit. A few weeks later the case was completely dismissed. No fuss, no muss, no appearances, no points, nothing on her record.

I hand it to him that he handles everything directly and responds fairly quickly when handling the case as well as when problems arise.
In May I receive an email from Frank saying everything is 'Dismissed' and I have no fees to pay. To my surprise, 8 months later I receive a letter from the Florida DMV saying that my license has been suspended for late payment of Court Fees and now I owe that plus the late fees.
At least Frank responded and explained the situation, even if 8 months later. He offered to pay for the late fees ($16). Still, I am disappointed in this

Frank was so easy to get in touch with. I called him and left a VM and he immediately called me back and texted me too. Very clear about what his fee is and kept me updated on the court date etc. and I ended up paying $99 total and getting both tickets dismissed--granted the tickets were kind of absurd--one for having the metal dealership plate cover a portion of the writing in "The Sunshine State", which the cop told me I could get dismissed, and the other for going 10 mph over the speed limit (I was going 35 mph).

He got a ridiculous speeding ticket that I got last month driving to work (at the same speed as everyone else to keep in the flow of traffic) dismissed! I spent a lot of time researching lawyers and options and I finally decided this was the best option. He was responsive by text and email. I'm surprised reading Frank's replies here in Yelp by how nice and straight to the point he is. In my experience, he was exactly the opposite: short and vague answers, lack of updates, and if I wanted clarifications he would reply in an agressive way (e.g., "I explained this to you many times", "unless you have a law degree"). And bear in mind that I work ~70 hours per week, don't have time to ask him multiple questions every day - I just wanted a proper, straight to the point, and complete reply.

I had several outstanding red light camera tickets from 2015 that I recently received (and misssed) a summons for. My license and registration was suspended and I wasn't able to renew. After calling several other ticket clinics I was told that it would take several weeks to be able to sort out my legal issues so I would be able to drive legally.

I hired Frank for a minor ticket. He quickly replied, and took my case with no questions. He did not ask me any general questions about the day I got my ticket, absolutely noting to help him fight my case. Frank got me no points but I still had to pay the FULL PRICE for my ticket, although he promised to reduce my fine. I am not surprised, since he probably did not know what he was fighting for.
If you're looking for advise on a minor ticket, don't hire this lawyer. Just to your own pre-trial. The judge will offer you a reduced fine with no points and it will only take about an hour

I don't know what sort of magic Frank worked, but he managed to get a pair of speeding tickets dismissed for a friend and me after we were pulled over together on I-75... FHP had been cordial when we were pulled over, but the tickets were painful.
Frank's rate was actually less than the fine, and the total dismissal meant that I didn't owe anything else. My ticket was dismissed on the first court date. My friend's ticket took a few more appearances, but it went away as well.
