My basement was flooded and the answering service answered, but the on call did not answer nor call me back. After talking to John, it was technology malfunction and he was very apologetic and generous. He seems like a good man and it was a mistake that doesn’t happen.

We had a wonderful experience with MV Restoration! They were great from the beginning of our project until the end! Chance was very professional and responsive....Chance and Dan were real problem solvers and trouble shooters...every time we ran into an issue they were able to solve it in a timely manner. They always went above and beyond even on the weekends!!! I have really enjoyed working with them and would give them 5 stars! Our family of 7 woke up at 4 am to a major flood in our master bath which led to destroying half our house... so much water everywhere! We called Magic Valley and the owner, John could not have been more helpful! He was at our house before 7 am on a Saturday morning doing the work before his crew even got there. John and crew were so helpful, kind, professional, efficient and timely. Even during the Covid mess they were working whenever they could and quickly. surprise ever.....until John and team showed up and started cleanup/demo. The restoration process was smooth, and quality and details were amazing. We had a septic disaster! All 3 of our bathrooms flooded and did damage to the dining room and hallway as well. John and his crew showed up, and immediately went to work cleaning up and tearing down. Efficient, fast, and very friendly. He explained every step of what he was doing and helped me with my insurance claim through Farm Bureau. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done.
