Colby Walter is the President of Keystone Construction and Development, Inc. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. The Walter family has called Twin Falls home since 2007, where Colby utilizes his training and experience in the construction and real estate industries, and where he enjoys the lifestyle that Southern Idaho offers.

Great company to work with. Colby is patient and great to answer questions, meet after hours to work with our schedule and was so patient in looking at several properties with us and giving us an idea on what remodels might cost. He is an excellent contractor and realtor. I wouldn't use anyone else in Twin Falls.

I have used Keystone for commercial and residential remodeling projects. My neighbors have noticed the efficiency and quality workmanship, and have asked about my experience, so I decided to share it here.
When I remodeled my office, I already had an idea of how I wanted it to look. Keystone made it happen - all the way through the design, permitting and building phases - and we were able to complete the project on time despite some delays and difficulty dealing with the city building department.
