Would give zero stars if I could... definitely do not recommend. I reached out to her about a custom print bodysuit and she was extremely slow at replying. I provided her all the information she needed and she even went as far as giving me a price for my order and then when I asked when I could bring down the item I needed printing on she never replied! I would've appreciated her telling me from the get go she didn't want my business instead of stringing me along and then ghosting me last minute.

Kathie has been a lifesaver!! I have been bringing my employee's uniforms to her for a very long time now, and she has been extremely efficient, professional and economical. I placed an order 2 weeks in advanced to the date that I needed my club stoles and sweaters done by. I provided the font, logos, as well as the design I wanted to them beforehand as well. My partner also asked them if 2 weeks was enough time for them to complete my order, which the company responded with "Yes, that is plenty of time." Throughout the two weeks, we received nothing. No updates, no emails stating they needed more time, or even a simple call to remind us. Day of when we were supposed to pick up the items and pay for them, they told us that they did not have the items ready

Kathy was amazing. I had a chef's coat that needed to be embroidered with my name and I had a specific font in mind. She listened and spent the time to go through the countless fonts available with me until we found the perfect one. The price is also unbeatable. The service, top notch. Kathy said they could have it ready for me as soon as the following day if needed. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Garcia's for all of your embroidery needs!!

My partner was looking for a local embroidery shop to get their graduation sash decorated. We found that Garcia's Custom Embroidery had the best prices around. Went in on Monday and the sash was ready for pick up by that same Friday! The embroidery came out perfect My partner had their program, student organization, and a Mexican flag embroidered. I used this store to embroider our uniforms. So far I am very happy with the services. The owner was very easy to work with. Kathy Garcia was very accommodating and does the work "on time" as promised!!
She does the digital designs and verifies everything before she has her staff do the embroidery work on the clothing.
Her fees are very reasonable with "top notch" quality.
Top " Tajima" equipment !

Kathy is friendly, detail-oriented, and is amazing at what she does! She provides great customer service and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the embroidery colors, location, and appearance. I would definitely recommend this place for graduation sash embroideries, especially if you are a UCR grad, since she already has the UCR seal and you can save on that digitizing fee! I love this place and would definitely return if I ever need anything else embroidered!

Not only is Kathie amazing at what she does, she's also very kind and thorough. I came here to get my sash embroidered for graduation and am pleased with the end look! Kathie was super attentive to all the details such as spacing between the letters, the width/height, & placement of the embroidery on my sash. She carefully led me through every step of the way. The pricing was also very, very reasonable (compared to what my school charges.. yikes!). Kathie told me the turnaround would be one week, but after three days of dropping it off, she called me to let me know that it's ready
