Absolutely loved my experience with Alpha Greek Apparel. I needed a jacket embroidered for my boyfriend's physical therapy practice. I brought my own jacket for the embroidery, sent the file & had easy text communication with the Jason to see the proofs. Super excited to use them in the future for more projects!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY!!! I tried other places like Sleek Attire and StitchZone but both were more expensive and quality was not even good. They also charge for rush shipping but Alpha Greek does their best to finish your order on time. The people here are so friendly and helpful if you can't choose between what color threads and fonts. Only going here from now on for Greek letters!!

This was like my 4th or 5th time coming in to get letters done in the past 5-6 years? This time, Khue helped me and she was amazing! She was super helpful with our order. My boyfriend went in for me since I was out of the country to help make my sets. She was so informative and gave the best suggestions.
They were honest about what they could and couldn't do. They made suggestions on what would look best. I appreciate that! They said it would take 2-3 weeks and that's sooner than I expect. Very excited to see the results.

I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED. I was recommended here by many people and the staff is so so nice. I also recommended my littles to come here to have their letters done as well. I even asked if they can embroider for business logos and they exceeded my expectations. I will continue to come back and order from here. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive your product after ordering and they have great communication if you have questions! Definitely recommend. I own multiple letters and I've created multiple clothing pieces for my business. A great variety of color selection as well!

Jason was very professional and simple to work with. I walked in with 2 gray half-zip crewnecks and 2 black hoodies to embroider. I printed a mock design and left him with my own crewneck and hoodie so that he could reference off them. On the spot, he saw some discrepancies with my font requests and quickly clarified them with me. Additionally, he then took the initiative to text me right after I left to clarify some capitalization details. He gave me a realistic estimate as to when the products would be done and kept his word. All in all a good experience and would recommend this business to anyone

If you're making letters, I definitely recommend doing it in-person instead of online. It makes such a difference to see the colors in front of you, and Jason offers great advice on which colors will complement each other. They offer limited hoodie/jacket colors (gray, black, white, blue) but you're allowed to bring in your own for a fee. The price is about the same as ordering from a website, except you don't have to pay for shipping. Plus, they only take five business days for orders. Overall: great service, great quality, reasonable price!

I have been looking for an embroidery place because the previous ones I have been to were quite unresponsive and unreliable. I came into the store with an idea and the clothing piece I wanted embroidered and left within 5 minutes. Jason gave me such a quick quote & ensured it would be done within my needed timeframe (4 days)! He was super accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend coming here!

Walk-ins are okay! I did a walk in and was able to be helped out with my letters right away. Their prices are very reasonable. You can always ask for their prices ahead of time. I brought in two jackets, my own fabric, and a pillow case and the total came out to be $133.76. I really like how you can make an early deposit and pay the rest the next time you come in or pay the full price right then!
My items came out perfect and they are able to work with your deadline so quickly! Will definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks!

I came in here last Thursday to order letters for my best friend and I and was able to pick them up the following Wednesday which was amazing! Their customer service was super great and I really appreciated their help when trying to pick the colors for the threading and foreground. My best friend loved the color scheme and everything about it.
The only confusing thing was I was charged for bringing my own sweaters but as I said besides that everything else was perfect.

Alpha Greek delivers impressive results on all of their custom works. I commissioned for a single set of letters and it came in a timely manner. The stitching was perfect on the sleeve and on the back. The actual letters was what blew me away.
I had the letters made on a cardinal red American Apparel jacket that was supplied by them. They look amazing and I couldn't be happier with them.

I've been going to Alpha Greek since Nov 2013, basically for the last 4 years of my life. I've made a combined total of 17 sets, 4 shirts, 2 hats, and have NEVER been disappointed with the product.
Of the many things I could say about them, two I have to highlight:

2. Efficiency / Promptness
I started off with Jason (the head honcho) and he made everything suuuper easy. You're bombarded with options and designs, but he really eases you into things. As the years progressed
