I began with 50 bikes and a couple of storage units that doubled as my shop/office/storage. I got very lucky and had been introduced to Mary Brown who was opening Beach Rentals of South Walton which wound up being one of the largest cottage rental companies on 30A during that period. A snowbird couple named "Fat and Jan" had recently adopted Nicole and I.
Please fill in the boxes for each bike you want to rent and the delivery/contact information. After you push the reservation button you will see a page stating that the reservation has been sent. Within 24 hours you will receive a full rental confirmation. Once booked, your lock combination will be the last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

Amazing people! We didn't even rent from them and April was nice enough to let us use a toddler-sized bike helmet when everyone else in town couldn't help us out. Tried to give her some money but she just asked us to bring it back before we leave. Can't wait to rent from them next time we're in town and we're telling all our friends to rent from Big Fish!

We love Big Fish! We own a home in the area and use them for our bikes rentals when we are in town. We send all our renters to them as well! They have always accommodated our needs. Dropped bikes off the morning we requested. Nicole is owner and a sweetheart! They also have amazing pizza! Always a go to for dinner on our first night there! We get pizza delivered to house.

We ordered bikes at 9:00 am on a Sunday morning. We were told they can’t promise a time but all the trucks have left for delivery so we would be next. I call at noon cause we still don’t have the bikes and she says our bike is on the trucks but she still can’t give us a time. It is now 4:00 pm and we still don’t have the bikes so I call back and said we need to cancel for today since today is over and start over tomorrow so we are not charged for today. She proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else that she hasn’t even charged us. This is a terrible place to rent bikes, super rude and

Need to remember that customers are their lifeblood! Employees (3 different people) were unfriendly and almost rude. Although they include free delivery and pickup, we instead stopped in and got the bikes ("it'll be faster") and then dropped them off as a courtesy. We were made to wait so they could check the bikes in for over 10 minutes while they waited on other people behind us in line . Never apologized for the wait, and never even said thanks for us returning them to save them the pickup. Really lousy customer service. Will not use them again nor recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Hands down (and we've tried others) Nicole and all the staff were the best in accommodating our bike needs! They made it so easy to pick up, return. I also noticed that they keep their bikes in excellent condition and I don't ever worry if I'll get a subpar bike - it really is worry free/hassle-free renting. I highly recommend BigFish Bike Rentals and while you are there - their pizza(Brozinni's) is pretty great too!

We were very pleased with the service we received at BigFish Bike Rentals over the New Year holiday. We rented bikes for the week, and they made it easy by dropping off and then picking up the bikes. When we discovered one morning that two of the bikes had flat tires, BigFish provided replacement bikes within 20 minutes. I was very impressed at their efficient customer service. My 5yo LOVED the Weehoo bike attachment, and we had a great week riding bikes up and down 30A.

We rented multiple bikes split pymt for multiple users. The nice, new bikes were delivered on time - even the additional orders when first delivery was made were there within an hour of the order. The delivery guy was courteous and helpful and when I spoke with Nicole about the additional order we placed, she was great. I would recommend highly and will use them again! The donuts and pizza are delicious also!

Zero stars. Literally the worst customer service experience in my life. My wife placed an online order early Thursday morning for 3 day rental with delivery Friday 9am, got a confirmation email back Thursday afternoon followed shortly by another email asking for details that were already given in online order. My wife responded with the requested info within about 15 minutes and followed with a phone call. She was assured that the bikes would be delivered Fri by 9am and that she would be sent a text message when delivered. 9am Fri comes and goes, no text and no bikes. Wife calls around 11am Fri

I could not have had a worse experience with this company. I called ahead to order bikes for three of us. My husband wasn't coming into town until Saturday night and so his was being delivered later. My friend and I used our bikes a little bit, but once he got to town he went fishing all day Sunday and played golf on Monday. I barely noticed that his bike didn't ever arrive because we were having fun and not riding them at night. On Tuesday morning, he left and I realized that his had never been delivered. I called them to ask for a refund and they were as rude as they could possibly be...they
