I would highly recommend this company! Casey was super easy to work with and very accommodating, even when we added more bikes and a baby carrier at the last minute. Pricing was less than others we had called and service was top notch. Casey is an awesome business owner who definitely cares about the products and services he provides!

He hooked me up with a bike, delivered it during my stay in Destin and was responsive and available during the rental period. Rent from this guy the next time you wanna get on two wheels to pedal on the Emerald Coast of FLA! Casey, the owner of Pug Bike Rentals, is a young business owner doing everything right.

Casey at Fun Pug Bike Rentals was excellent. He gave us great suggestions on places to ride and from drop off to pickup it could not be easier. The bikes were durable, comfortable and the price is hard to beat. Will definitely rent from here again. Thanks again Casey for the great service!

I have to say, renting electric bikes is the best way to get around Destin and surrounding beach towns. We flew in and stayed at Emerald Grande and didn't rent a car. With both Uber and Lyft being very difficult to use, this was a game changer!!

Owner, Casey, was super helpful and friendly. Delivery to our condo was easy and either on time or early with text/call to keep us updated

Bikes were super easy to use and allowed us to travel anywhere with no charge needed. Prices very reasonable and would recommend and definitely use again!!

We have used Casey at FunPug Rental's Services twice now.
Ive been in the Service industry for 17 years and honestly I can say that there arent many guys like Casey who truly understand SERVICE!
When my family comes back to the beach again, we truly wouldnt think of using anyone els, even if that meant waiting! Call and book in advanced with Casey because with their WORLD-CLASS Service and Ethics that they offer, they stay very booked but it is very well worth it having a trustworthy company like this. If I could, id give them 10 Stars

Great customer service! Super easy - reserved online bikes delivered to us & picked up from us. Bikes were in excellent condition. Helmets included as well. Zero hassle, friendly staff! Will use them again for sure on future vacations.

We used the online ordering to get our bikes. It was the easiest most user friendly site of all the ones in Destin that I had tried. Everyone that I talked to has been so helpful. When your bikes are delivered, they send you a text with your bike lock code. Thanks for the great, worry- free service!

Great experience with Casey at Fun Pug. We needed four bikes for the day and within minutes he met us and delivered them. He explained the rules, adjusted our seats and baskets, and we were off! Bikes were in excellent condition and the price was right.

Great bikes and great service!

Bikes are delivered and picked up on your schedule. Casey dropped off the bikes, walked us through the details, and even suggest good rides in the area.

The bikes were nice solid cruisers, easy to ride with very comfortable seats and handy detachable baskets.

Great service! Delivery & pick up on time. Bikes were new and in great shape. We usually bring our own bikes but this was so easy and affordable. We will definitely rent again from Fun Pugs! Thanks for the great experience Casey.
