Lake Highlands Car Wash is owned by Lake Highlands residents Trey & Melissa Chapman. The Chapmans moved to Lake Highlands in 2008, but they are no stranger to LH. Melissa grew up in Lake Highlands and is a 1996 graduate of LHHS. Melissa's mom and sister still live in the LH area as well, so it was no surprise the Chapmans came back to raise their boys, Tyler & Graham.
The Chapmans bought Lake Highlands Car Wash (formally JC's Car Wash) in August of 2019. Lake Highlands Car Wash was closed briefly while they renovated the interior and exterior of the car wash - adding a new roof, addressing the HVAC systems, new windows, new floors and paint. Also while Lake Highlands Car Wash was closed, they added new equipment and technology to improve the customer experience and wait times.

I chose the wildcatter option and all they did was run it through the washer, lazily wiped the dash/center console, and vacuumed. There was gunk still on the rims as well as dirt around the emblems on the rear and dirt still on parts of the center console.

Terrible. The service was so much better under the old management. Now, I regret going there everytime. Might as well drive further instead of throwing money away here. Not Worth it. My windows had unexplained smudges and the car stunk like smelly towels , don't get me started on the vacuuming🤮🤮

This was my 4th visit here true past 6 months and I have to say it will be my last. I used to recommend this place to friends. Not sure what happened but this was the worst.
The quality was abysmal. I got the $35 “Luxury” package which includes wiping down the seats. I even said I’ll pay extra to make it tip top inside.
This was the worst experience I’ve had. I still need to take it to another wash or just gonna have to vacuum and wipe everything off myself.

What a waste of money! We paid for the Wildcatter, and it was a complete waste of $28! I’m furious, there was no vacuuming done whatsoever and the car was left exactly how we took it, dirty, smudges we’re left everywhere. We had to take it to another car wash and do it ourselves. Please don’t go here and spend money, you’ll regret it. The service is pathetic!

Full service car wash. Great attention to detail. Support local business and these Lake Highlands residents. You pay outside via a hand held device, hop out of your car, and they take it from there. They spent at least 5 minutes cleaning the inside, and wiping down the outside with the Basic car wash. Took a few minutes, but the car looked great when they were done.
