Unlimited car wash members have their own express lane that will speed you on the way to a clean, shiny, and dry car that gets you on your way quickly and efficiently. Members also have access to our Membership Center and reserved for members only stalls. All equipped with compressed air for those hard to clean cracks and crevices, clean towels in addition to a car freshener of your choice, along with an ice-cold bottle of water.

When I pulled up the sales guy asked me if a wanted the full detail for $80. He also said I'd get a coupon for a free wash and that it would take 10 minutes because 4 people would be working on my truck. So, unfortunately I went for it. The outside detail was fine, but I learned that my $80 didn't include detailing and cleaning my interior. My interior was touched. Apparently $80 does not include the inside???? I called and confirmed this with the front desk person as well. This is crazy. Also, there are some scuffs on my back window that appeared after the wash. Not happy.

Overall very nice and modern carwash. However, after visiting it today, my rear window got some big and dip scratches (>2cm). Which was not very pleasant event.
I send the damage form them.
Will update my review after getting an answer.

S/O to Donovan! He really saved the day with his incredible customer service! The wash wasn't the best this time but he really made up for it but making my car was indeed clean before I left the premises!! It's workers like him that keep businesses thriving!! He needs a raise!

Best customer service in the industry. Kerry always welcomes me and gives the best customer service. I've never been to a car wash where the people cared. This is the diamond in the ruff. Great team, great service, great wash. I washed my truck Wednesday and right after drove through 20 minutes of rain. Let the car wash speak for itself.

We paid $15.00 and wheel cleaning was a joke, my undercarriage was bone dry, and water was sprayed during the wash process with no foam treatment. I could have gone down the street and lid $6.00 and receive a better car wash than this! Very disappointed! Do not waste your money to get your car washed or in membership!!!

I have a membership which includes tire detail and they wipe off excess water.
The young short dark haired girl asked me to move to visitors side.
I said why she said just today.I said your not busy.guess she didn't see my sticker...or my truck wasn't new enough... Car profiling??
Well I did and Robert the nice assistant mngr. Said before I left and didn't get my tires done asked why are you over here. I told him the girl told me to.
He said next time that happens ask for me .you have a membership that includes more than what you got today.
I'm confused .seems to be a lack

I was a bit let down. Just moved to the area and have been looking for a car wash. Came here and the customer service was eh okay vacuums are pretty strong but the wash was what makes me give it 2 stars. Everything was fine up until I didn't see the soap it just went from water, wax, and dry. Unless there soap is clear or diluted with water. My windows weren't cleaned and my trunk door wasn't very clean either.

Normally I love this car wash, but with today's volume due to the snow storm, it seemed the machinery couldn't keep up. I paid $20 for the ultimate wash and when I went through, some of the equipment didn't run for me, but did for the car behind me when I paid for everything! I drove to the vacuum section and was able to find the manager, a tall, younger, white male with a mustache, longer hair, and after questioning how I knew I didn't receive the Ultimate Wash??, he offered a free car wash coupon, but needed to sign it and didn

Went to the new location in Dallas. I have been a monthly member at WaveWash off Greenville/Mockingbird for about a year. Hello is closer to home so I was hoping to switch. I just got done. For $15 (middle price) the car was soaking wet after the air jets and the rims were dirty. The only positive is the conveyer belt - which is nice. Not worth switching...sadly
