Are you a young athlete looking to improve your athletic ability by learning how to run, jump, and move your body correctly? FTS Developmental Training is for you! We strive to teach young athletes how to properly perform the seven basic athletic movements of squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, and carry.
At FTS Volleyball, we provide top level training for elite level athletes. Volleyball requires discipline, consistency, and knowledge of the game. Our small group and private training settings can give you the focused reps and drills that you need. We focus on fundamental training while gaining knowledge of the game.
SWEAT class is an interval style training that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Our 60 minute class includes an instructed full body warm up/stretch, high intensity class and a cool down period. Workouts are specially designed for people who are looking to not only lose fat, but tone muscle and get stronger!

I was very excited to start up again. First I made an appointment there was a no show on the personal trainer part, supposedly they had called me to rescheduled and called the wrong number. The trainer reached out to me via text and I explained my goals and the trainer didn't have the courtesy to respond back or advise they wouldn’t be able to take me in . I waited a couple days and no reply. Unethical.
