I have been active in the health and fitness industry in Salem for over 20 years working with a wide range of clients, helping them reach their health and wellness goals. I take a holistic approach to training and understand that my clients' success depends on a variety of training options and methods.

I provide training for individuals, couples, and groups and offer high intensity fitness classes that blast fat, build muscle, improve endurance, and increase flexibility and range of motion. These classes promote functional movements that transfer to your activities of daily living. Please check the Rates and Incentives tab for information on all costs.
Services
Real, evidence-based athletic training makes you better at your sport.period! It improves your ability to react and respond, while increasing strength for power and explosiveness, and flexibility for better range of motion and to reduce injuries. My athletic training programs are applicable to any sports requiring foot speed, reaction time, body control, jumping ability and more.
Our ability to move safely and efficiently requires us to be able to control the body's postural alignment, this is known as balance. Balance allows you to perform activities of daily living, walk, run, or jump at the intensity you want. From athletes to seniors your balance dictates what you do and how well you do it.
The core consists of the muscles of the lumbo-pelvic region, hips, abdomen, and lower back. These muscles play a role in every movement we make and offer vital support to our hips and knees. Developing a strong core decreases lower back pain, improves posture and balance, reduces fatigue and increases all-over body strength and mobility.
Driving is an important part of our lives and our freedom. Our ability to be proficient and safe drivers allows us to maintain our independence and participate in the activities that we enjoy. My Driver Safety Program focuses on the physical and mental skills needed to remain a safe driver.

Through proven activities and movements, I can help you keep your driving skills sharp by improving reaction time, expanding line-of-vision, and increasing range of motion, all of which are vital to driving.These are not "exercises" classes, nor is there any time spent behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Build muscle, burn fat, and lost weight by jump starting your metabolism with strength training, fun and challenging endurance exercises, and activities that improve flexibility, balance, agility, and hand-eye coordination. Your core will receive the attention it deserves to maintain good posture, and improve overall back health and balance.

Six stars or more, always a great time five times a week, there is not anyone who can't be motivated to be healthier, while increasing your core strength and overall body flexibility within the environment in which Liz creates.
