The Vermont vacation rentals on this website include a wide range of prices and styles. The rentals include waterfront cottages, ski resort condos, chalets, cabins, farmhouses and luxury vacation homes, and may be available for a weekend, a week, a month, and/or an entire season. Most properties are rented out by the owner, who you should contact directly. Please contact owners or rental agents directly about availability, or see individual availability calendars when offered. The regional pages and the Browse Regions page have links to pages with information on recreational, dining and other resources in each area that may be of interest to vacationers.

This website is designed to provide you with an easy-to-use resource for finding a vacation rental in Vermont. Once you find a rental to your liking, contact the owner or agent directly using the contact information provided in the rental listing. In either case, you will be brought to a page showing all ads located in or near that region.
Once you find a property you want to investigate further, contact the owner or agent directly from the contact information in each ad. We at VermontProperty.com do not book rentals or know anything about availability beyond what is in each ad. Some ads have links to availability calendars. Ask for a detailed description of the rental's location and facilities before making a commitment.
Vermont has a wide variety of lakes and ponds, with Lake Champlain being the largest. Choose one above to see rental cottages, cabins, and houses, both waterfront and near the lake. Many of the Vermont vacation lake rentals are only available in the summer, or late spring through fall, for boating, swimming and relaxing by the lake.

We are repeat visitors and love the cozy atmosphere. You can't beat the view of Lake Dunmore and Mt Moosalamoo right outside your front window! Lots to do outdoors around the lake and a lot of tourist attractions less than an hour away. We look forward to Sunset Hill every year!
