Services
Favorite thing about working at DMGC: "The family I have gained in the staff and the customers that have become dear friends over the years." Favorite thing about working at DMGC: "Greeting each family that walks into the door, while being around my coworkers who are my family!" Favorite thing about working at DMGC: I love working on such a talented and diverse team.
We are happy to offer tumbling clinics to our students who want to focus exclusively on tumbling skills leading up to and through the backhandspring. The clinics are open to all children ages 5 & up. Cartwheel/Kickover clinics are for students who wish to work on learning or perfecting cartwheels, bridge kickovers, and backbends.
Party attendees can be dropped off at the main doors and picked up outside of the north door. Dana Mannix Gymnastics is pleased to offer birthday parties for our patrons and their friends. Activities include games, obstacle course, parachute, and 18 ft. What is the party structure? The first hour of the party is led by an instructor out in the gym.
Every camper will receive custom cheer practice wear (shirt, shorts and bow) that they will wear on the last day of camp. There is a performance on the last day of camp for friends & family to come watch! Campers will focus on the basics of cheerleading and incorporate skills learned into a routine which will be performed on the last day of camp.

My girls absolutely love this place so do we the parents, every week they look forward to their lessons and wake up early just to get their day started...Their coaches are awesome and they work hard with both of my girls...When they can't go due to holiday or because they are under the weather they get upset and usually I have to console them because they were excited it was Saturday and they are set on a routine...Thank You Dana for being so interested in the children and everyone there.

Honestly - first time ever reviewing anything, but horribly disappointed with this place. It is likely fine for 6 and up, or babies with parental hand holding, but do not trust their poorly equipped kids (the “coaches”) to “instruct” your 2-3 year olds. There is a real safety issue in this regard and it will surface to be a significant liability at some point. I don’t expect much beyond fun activities and exercise in this age range, but I absolutely trust that there will be eyes on the children and simple safety etiquette. I am very much a let kids play type of dude, but couldn’t stand

Best gym in all of Indianapolis. We have always had a great time there. If is a very safe and welcoming facility. The staff are amazing and incredibly safe. You can tell it's a true family business where each and every staff member care deeply about safety, fun, and learning. We are excited to return very soon!

I have gone here for 5 years, the coaches are all super nice, some are more strict than others, they will push you but won't make you do something that you are uncomfortable with. They have a good variety of teams and different activities like cheer, tumbling, ninja classes ect. There competition teams aren't as serious as other gyms in this area. They are very safe but not over doing it. I've gotten hurt here a few times and and they are all very nice and give you ice if your parents have left they will call and tell them exactly what happened and that you are done for today so you don't get even

I'm looking for places for my daughter to join and went to Dana Mannix for class information and cost because of their location. Upon receiving the info, we were told my daughter can try a class to see if it's something she would like and were told to call ahead to see if there was an opening available. When I called to verify an open spot, I was informed there was a fee to just try the class. Why would I pay when there are several other places that allow a free class to try? It's unfortunate

The staff here are marvelous! First off, they are attentive to each child's needs and will adjust the gymnastic skill to their level if necessary. All three of the coaches that my daughter worked with were warm, attentive, and very experienced. Overall, a great place to bring your child to learn gymnastics, boost their confidence, and not to mention a FUN place for them to burn energy!!!
