TGC offers a range of classes for all ages and skill levels. Classes help teach balance, coordination, confidence, strength, flexibility, and the fundamentals of gymnastics. TGC is proud to offer a competitive team that has a spot for every level of gymnast. We offer competition in Levels 1 - 10, Elite and Xcel.
Our competition in the Ohio Valley Gymnastics Conference allows our less experienced gymnasts to gain valuable competitive experience while being rewarded for every effort. For those gymnasts who desire a more challenging experience, we offer competitions in meets sanctioned by USA Gymnastics. And for those gymnasts who yearn to compete but may not have the time to work through the traditional JO levels, we offer the Xcel program.

Services
We have a wide range of classes to suit the needs of any gymnast level. Class offerings are always expanding, please check back often for any additions to the TGC schedule. This class is a caregiver participation class that promotes body awareness, self-awareness, & exploration. With an energetic atmosphere, the child will grow to learn to work with an instructor and gain independence at pace that is comfortable to each student.
Classes at TGC are annual programs with the freedom to drop in/out at any time throughout the year. Enrollment is perpetual. Once a student is enrolled, they are enrolled until a parent contacts TGC to officially drop the student from the program. Siblings or students who register for multiple classes are eligible for a discount of 15% off each additional class.

Visited Indianapolis for work this week. I reached out to see if they had any spots for an adult to come and work out. I do gymnastics back home in Louisville. The owner, coaches, and staff were all super friendly and let me do my own thing during a cheerleader session. The equipment is epic! Newly finished beams that felt amazing. Strap bars and full set over a pit. I worked skills I haven’t done In a long time. This is a wonderful gym and feels very friendly and warm despite its large size. Kudos and thanks again!

The actual gym is great but my daughter was enrolled to have fun and learn gymnastics and one of the coaches seemed to bully her. They told her they would put her back a level because she couldn’t roll properly doing a handstand roll. They never spotted her or tried to help her understand. You can watch!. I called to get resolution but they never cared.
I don’t know about teams but if your child needs confidence and is going to have fun then thumbs down to this place!
