Predatory. No people skills and very rude when they’re the one to reach out to you regarding your information. I would give negative stars if I could. Never have I experienced such poor customer service skills and rudeness from a company that I didn’t even reach out to in the first place. I don’t see this practice lasting very long with these type of business practices. very concerning for the community especially minors/young adults be aware.

My 18 year old daughter was in an automobile accident this weekend and this company contacted her to offer her chiropractic care. In the state of Nebraska she is a minor and this was very alarming and concerning. This company is chasing auto accidents. My daughter is very shaken emotionally from the accident and to contact her was unprofessional!!!

The staff is amazing and kind to everyone! I would walk in and would be in the worse pain and I could walk out and feel so much more relief afterwards. Love how fast and hastle free the appointments were. Very easy for people with tight schedules. They always were focused on making sure that I was feeling better after every appointment.

I saw Dr. Joel last year after my accident. By the time my treatment was done I felt better than I did even before the accident. Knowledgeable staff, super flexible and quick appointments, and not a dime was spent out of my pocket. They took care of all of the paperwork for the at fault insurance. Loved them so much that when my husband was in a severe accident last week, this was one of the first places we came!
