Dr. Denise Woods has been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Council Bluffs community since 2004. Total Care Chiropractic is a family-oriented practice. My wife had been to this chiropractor a couple of times, as a friend had recommended her. However, she called one day for an appointment since she had pulled her lower back out and was in pain. The response was she could have an appointment the next week. Other chiropractors she had been to worked her in when there was a problem.

Total Care was recommended to me by a number of people. I had never been to a chiropractor before so i was very nervous, but my experience was wonderful! Dr Woods walked in and was able to diagnose what was wrong from across the room based purely on how my knees lined up while i was sitting! She put me on a plan and even gave me things to do at home to keep up the progress. She and Jeri at the desk are amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone!
