I purchased our place in Ocean City from Grace using Carolee who was fantastic. This is the second season I'm using them for summer rentals. They have been a joy to work with, very professional and yet with a down to earth touch. Very concerned about the satisfaction of homeowners and renters. Carolee, Pat, Phil, Bev and the girls are the best. I only list with Grace because of their honesty, expertise, follow through and approachibility. Great company.

I had the opportunity to purchase another property from Grace realty and my agent was Kathy Martino. Grace Realty is terrible! Pat an agent there led my mom to believe the house was Wheelchair friendly and it was not! We got no help from Pat or the owner and not even a sorry! If my husband hadn't found wood and tools in the downstairs area and built a ramp into the living area my mother would have had to spend the week in the hallway!Terrible! Don't rent from Grace realty!

Grace Realty totally failed to honor its fiduciary duty by putting forth a tenant without means who subsequently left $28,000 in damages to a pristine rental property. They claimed a credit check was completed when one was not. They did no inspections of the property while the tenant occupied the property which would have alerted them to the damages being inflicted on the property. Truly disreputable management at Grace Realty.
