PLT Beauty Salon & Spa Miami

I had to get my hands GQ'd up to look civilized for my office's holiday party. Between work, gym and continuing education class on Saturday I didn't have time to go to my usual spot. I noticed this storefront Saturday near my class at MDC. I peeked in, was told they didn't have an opening yet but come back after lunch to see if there was a cancellation. After the time passed I "thought" I was lucky and got in.

The service here was HORRIBLE!! My nails came out super
thick and after I spoke to the manager she gave me really rude attitude and I had to wait for her to finish her own hair before she takes care of any customer.
So sad because there are no nails shops in downtown walking distance.

I am absolutely appalled at the experience I just had.

I was just at this nail salon for 3 1/2 hours for a gel manicure and regular pedicure.

The cut my cuticles so low they made two of my fingers bleed - non stop.

When my finger finally stopped bleeding she proceeded to paint the finger with the wrong color. It was the incorrect color and now my fingers don't even match.

Didn't even use lotion on my nails OR during my pedicure.

I have never been more patient in my life and when I checked out they charged me completely full price. I spent $85 dollar on 3 1/2 hours of my time getting

Love this salon! Great vibe, central location & work. Very skilled nail artists/techs like Andra, the owner & Carla. They know various popular and exclusive gel techniques that last almost a month! Wide array of colors, gel colors and other design choices. They also offer plenty of hair and spa services. I definitely recommend this place!

Such an amazing salon! Went for the first time today, outstanding service and extremely great customer service. I've had an eyelash lifts + tinting before but nothing like this one, Roxanne must be one of the most caring professionals I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm love with my eyelash and now I'm a new loyal customer!

I always go to this salon to see Aline. She is the best & the master on hair! She is so talented & I trust her completely with my hair. Nobody does my highlights like her. She changed my hair. Don't hesitate to go to see her. I just love the way she does my hair. I appreciate her so much! Plus the salon is super cute & everyone is so nice...

I recently moved to the area, and this is my new go to nail spot. I've come in twice for a Russian gel manicure, and both times they've come out beautifully. The salon is so cute, all the technicians are really nice, and my nails come out perfectly (especially with Andra).

I went in this place because of the pictures in Google of all the nail art and what a disappointment. This review goes to Juana. DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR TOES OR NAILS. The owner of this place should do at least a couple of trials with the techs to make sure they are capable of working as nail techs. She literally shaved my toe nail bed, has no idea how to shape a toe nail so I told her to stop and don't even paint them... I'm getting married in 5 days and I won't be able to put any type of color. Very very disappointed. I did my nails with the nail artist (I forgot her name) and

I have never had an experience like this. For $ 90 and 3hours there...this was the result, I still can't believe it.

The staff is good, and the place is nice but this result makes me very sad. I will not come back.

I found this salon on Groupon and visited for a brow shape and tint. I had an amazing experience. Booking was super easy online and was even able to reschedule when my work called my in last minute. I was beyond thrilled with my brows and the service I received. The owner was extremely nice and the space was beautiful and clean. I will for sure be back, thank you PTL!

I had an appointment in this place for the first time because my usual nail tech is on maternity leave... 45 minutes to take my gel off. 2 hours for a gel manicure by someone who seemed as if she is not knowledgeable on doing manicures in which I had to coach to fix the paint job because it was about to be left messy. 1.5 hours for a pedicure which ended up being very messy, I asked to fix and still left extremely disappointed.
