I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted she ended up cutting my hair short then put layers after I told her you’re cutting it too short I didn’t want it short then she kept telling me no just wait until it’s done you’ll see. My hair is in a SHORT bob with layers. I have a round face and now I look like a doodlebop. Completely opposite of what I wanted way shorter than what I wanted I’m so upset I’m just happy I know how to work a blow dryer and a straightener. I cry every time I look in the mirror.

Asked to get my hair colored for next day. They had run out of dyes. I went and bought my own without asking for a discount but asked them if they were sure my hair was bleached enough for the color to stay and they said yes. Next day comes and as lady is putting color in my hair she says “your hair wasn’t bleached enough so this is probably not going to stay.” Had to finish. Hair looked awful. Then on top of that, she botched my hair with the worst haircut of my life. Thankfully my mother in law fixed it up. I’ve seen some ladies walk out of there with great styles, guess I just got unlucky

I had my first visit on Saturday with Hairdoctors Specialty Salon Country Walk, I went because of the special prices on there window, the funny part I have lived by this salon for over 15 yrs and never been there, I have to say I made a right choice, the lady who attended me Elsa, Super professional, Super nice and explained everything to me, step by step. LOVE MY HAIR!!!!!!! For all that live in the area, the Prices are great and her services are outstanding, I am HAPPY I went....... Going Back.... Call make an appointment with her, Why pay more Elsewhere and She has been doing this for over 16
