My husband and I lived at Third & Valley for two years. It’s a beautiful new building with an amazingly easy commute to NYC. We could walk out the door 5 minutes before the train was due to arrive and were in NYC 30 minutes later! I was initially worried about the proximity to the train being noisy, but all we could hear was the occasional horn as trains went through the station, which we got used to quickly. The apartment was immaculate when we moved in with special touches like snacks and water in the refrigerator and dish soap waiting with a nice note from the building. Whenever maintenance

My family and I lived here for over a year and would have stayed for five years if we could. Third & Valley has everything you could want in a modern luxury apartment. New and clean amenities, outstanding and helpful staff. One manager that particularly stood out for me was David Andino. It didn't matter what time of day or night it was, when I needed something, Dave made it happen. On top of being a great building, the location in South Orange is ideal for walking to shops, groceries and restaurants. I would highly recommend Third & Valley and we would stay here again if we ever move back to South

My wife and I have been living at Third and Valley for almost 3 years. We were unsure of where to live but this property surfaced due to its proximity to the train (to the city), and its great reviews. The building has certainly lived up to those reviews! We have loved living at this property and would highly recommend it. The units are great and spacious and appliances are top notch. The people are also very friendly in the building (tenants and employees). In particular, David has been awesome to work with. We’ve had a few minor issues over the 3 years and David has taken care of them either

We love living at Third and Valley! Beautiful, modern property with stylish apartments. Ideally located to catch the train to New York or to walk to town for dinner and drinks.
Nicole and David make us feel at home and create an excellent resident experience, and the porters keep the common areas and amenities looking tidy and clean. Maintenance team has been very attentive — especially Joseph. The concierge Linda is wonderful and helpful as well.
Would highly recommend this community!
