Services
Corsa Management was founded in 1978 and has grown over the years to where we are now responsible for the apartment homes of about 2,600 families in New Jersey, Lower Bucks County in Pennsylvania, and Rockland County in New York State. When the company started, our specialty was to turn around apartment properties that had been neglected and poorly managed.
You and any co-applicants must have sufficient income to be able to afford the apartment. The income must be steady, legally reported, and verifiable. Each of you must also have a good background history, and each of you must be willing and able to spend at least a full year in the apartment.
Retired persons and others who might not meet our minimum income requirements may still apply if they can show significant amounts in savings or investment accounts. Before applying, make sure we have the apartment type you want for the target date you want. Application fees are not refundable even if nothing is available when you apply.

Thought this would be a good place for new start, absolutely NOT. The coldest day of winter this far and I wake up No hot water and no heat, called maintenance and was told at 7am they cut it off give him a few minutes and he will cut it back on. I'm sorry is this not included in my rent why would it be cut off . I left message for office let's see if they respond it's like a toss of the coin. No one still haven't called me about the dangerous gas exposure from incompetent maintenance workers. Now you telling me you cut heat and hot water off REALLY

I’m turning in my 60 day notice TODAY. I’ve been in my apartment for 6 years now and it’s really sad that I have to leave because it’s simply a horrible place to live. Why have I been there for so long then? This was my first apartment on my own, I’m a single mom trying to keep a roof over my kid’s head, I moved there barely out of high school, and to be honest I should have left years ago. Bugs, mice, old buildings that are LITERALLY falling apart. I’m now in a rush to leave because there are huge cracks in the walls, ceiling and floor and they are literally doing NOTHING about it
