I was very pleased with my experience at Maryland Cremation Services and I highly recommend them.
Everyone I interacted with there provided excellent customer service. Brian fielded my first after-hours call and was super caring and professional when I was in a horrible place mentally. The in-person staff that greeted me for my appointment were all very nice and helpful as well.
The entire process was fast and stress free. The required forms were easy to fill out and email, and they called me back when they had a question. There were no sales pitches for any extras and all of their processes

I had a very warm and caring experience here. They were professional and not too expensive. Beautiful urn included. WITH the exception of one employee, didn't get name . She had an accent. She was not very pleasant for someone dealing with people losing a loved one. Overall I would recommend this business.

It is difficult to lose a loved one, especially one's mother; Maryland Cremation Services, made the process from beginning to end simple, fast, convenient, and affordable. I spoke to a gentleman who was very polite, informative, and empathetic. He called his services a ministry. Our family took great comfort in knowing our mother was in good hands, and would be treated with dignity even in death. A big thank you to all who handled her remains.

Loosing a loved one is a very difficult time. Maryland Cremation Services was very caring, kind, respectful and compassionate. They took as much time as I needed and were very helpful. From the time I called them to the time I picked up by brothers ashes they were patient with me and they did not try to up sell me on urns, which I greatly respected. A lot of places try to do this when you are grieving and vulnerable. Highly recommend them if you need this service.
