We're a locally owned plumbing company in business since 1978. All of our employees are committed to providing you with a courteous and reliable service, that you can count on. We are able to provide these services today, because of the years of hard work put forth by our Founders.
We can perform your annual backflow device test & fill out required paperwork for a jaw dropping price. We are certified under the NC plumbing License & Well Contractors agreement to service and treat private water wells. We lost water pressure Friday evening about 6pm, I called and left voice mail. Darren called me back about 8:30 am Saturday and said he would be out around lunch. He was early, replaced pressure switch, made sure everything worked and was gone 11:30 or so. Very polite and easy to talk to. I will be calling them again.

We came back from our cruise to find out we were without water and gave them a call. They came by at 9am and did an assessment said it was the pump. Told me they would be back after lunch to do the repairs and they got here at 1:30pm and in less than an hour had our pump pulled and reinstalled cleaned up and left by 2:30pm. They did a great job and cleaned up everything like they were never here. I have to say I’m glad there is customer service like this still around.
