Halls came out to replace all the pipes under my house. The copper was thin, and had been repaired several times by me. Unprofessional called for an estimate on repiping, was told a camera inspection needed to be performed to offer a detailed quote. My consent was given and haven't heard back from the company since. Called multiple times no response. If a service is beyond the scope of your business why not just say that and let the customer move on in a timely fashion.
