Hack's Auto Body has previously worked miracles for my mother and me, so I'm glad to be able to write a review regarding my most recent experience with them.
My 2011 Ford Fiesta SES wound up with some unsightly dents and scratches on its front bumper cover after I had the misfortune of running into and over a car bumper, which had been inexplicably sitting in the middle of a freeway traffic lane with no car attached to it.
A ten-year old Fiesta is more of an appliance than a car one feels passionately about, and the market value on a car like that is such that a lot of people wouldn

We have been taking our vehicles to Hacks Auto body for years and wouldn't trust anyone else for auto body work. The owners, Ian and Dan provide excellent service and precision work with a quick turn around time. Their body shop is in an excellent easy to access location in Pacifica. Never disappointed picking up my car from Hacks. Looks like it just came off the showroom floor!! Thank you Hacks!

ANNOUNCING THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP in California...and the owners Dan and Ian did a perfect paint and body repair work on my 2017 SUV that was vandalized by some punks with box cutters over the last July 4th celebrations in San Francisco. Dan and Ian ensured and reassured me that the perfect repairs would be promised and fulfilled.
Well, promises, KEPT. The folks at Hacks Auto did the BEST JOB, over and above my highest expectations. The car I got back after all of their hard work looked like my set of wheels just rolled off of the new car dealers showroom. I Am impressed!

My wife has been in a handful of not-at-fault accidents caused by crazy drivers in downtown San Francisco playing bumper cars. Every time, Hacks put her Prius back together so it looked like new.
And while they aren't detailers, they also cleaned up my own car, making two doors that were keyed look like new.
Great service and fair prices.

Hack's is the best! They do wonderful work for a great price. I would not go anywhere else.
Now for the back story....I had a some damage from two different minor accidents and kept putting off having the work done on the car. I was paying for it myself so my insurance would not go up. Early in the pandemic, I foolishly let one of these guys who comes by your house do a quick and relatively cheap repair (which cost me $500). This guy banged out a big dent in the front driver side of the car and painted a huge swath of the car a color that did not match the rest of my beautiful dyno blue

I highly recommend this place!!! AAA suggested this shop since it was closer to me, and they did not disappoint! They did a very good job repairing my car. Price to replace my bumper was very reasonable. They told me at first that it'll take 11 business day for the repair, but I got a call about a week after I dropped it off that I'd be able to pick up my car a lot sooner!!! I love how they give me updates (every other day) throughout the repair process.

I came home from vacation to find out that my parked car had been hit ( and run ) with damage to the front end ( both mechanical and body). AAA sent me to Hacks and let me know they were their preferred shop in the area and Hacks made an unpleasant situation instantly more than pleasant with excellent customer service and in the end with their workmanship.
From the time I brought my car in they let me know what to expect and kept me posted on status thru the week when it was being fixed.
The workmanship was top notch - my car looks new again. They didnt do bare minimum ( like i was expecting

Amazing team at Hack's! It was a simple and delightful process from scheduling for an estimate to dropping off my car for repair to picking up my car rental at Enterprise to picking up my car after the repair was done. Ellie is very informative and made my life so much easier by providing me and my insurance company with updates. Ian is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My 69 gto broke an axle and the wheel came off while I was driving due to a really bad pot hole that bottomed out my car. Hacks was recommended by a friend of a friend and they did an amazing job taking care of my baby from start to finish and even with the time it took finding an original rear end and the trim pieces they kept me updated the whole way through the process and went above and beyond at every step. I would never go anywhere else to have my car worked on. You guys are awesome

I think this business is great. Called in the morning for an estimate, came by in the afternoon and by the evening my car was fixed and ready to go home. Full disclosure I am a teacher so I don't make much money in this Tech environment and I bought a very very used BMW convertible so I I'm used to people giving me estimates that are so above and beyond what is reasonable but these guys did a fantastic job very quickly at an extremely reasonable price and were kind and gracious along the way. I will continue to go to them even when I get over my midlife crisis and turn in my convertible

This shop is great! I got a pretty good ding in my truck and called my insurance. They told me about Hack's, and as someone else had already told me about them, it sounded like a good plan to me. My insurance made an appointment for me to have the truck looked at the next day. I showed up and talked with Ian, he gave me the run down of what it would take to fix it. Got in the next day, told me it would take about a week to get fixed, and within 5 days it was all good to go. I can't even tell anything had ever happened. Everyone there was really awesome and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend

My Car was broken into so I took it to hacks auto body with window broken dashboard broken off CD player stolen .... After a Mouth
I received my car back and I start finding out things that was not fixed window not working right I'm not happy if I'm working hard to pay you and you give me my car back not fixed that's not good business
