Hopefully this is a useful negative review. I am not so angry about the dollar value of the fee (about $75 total), but of the handling and reasonableness of the Company's customer service.
First, Paycargo charged us 1.5% on a return transaction - this was after we called 3x to make sure everything was set up properly with our new bank. As a payment service company, don't you test whether the account works first? For example, withdraw $0.01 as a test. To me, this is reasonable. Of course, I take full responsibility - the fault is on our end, but I think this could be handled better by Paycargo

This is the most unethical company. They trick you into giving your personal bank account information and then randomly charge you a user fee without your approval. They also charge for each user under our company account. I recently saw a video of a British clown animating how thankful Paycarge is to their customers as they have conned an investor into giving the $38M so they can continue to steel money from their customers who are working hard to run their business. Do not use Paycargo! They are a scam and do not give them your personal banking information. There are better products out there

My review just got worse! I was fraudulently charged $250. I filed a complaint with the BBB as dozens have. I was contacted by a man ext 234 who told me he would issue a refund only on the basis me signing a legal document which is signed by their legal department that I will remove my review from Google and the BBB. It is a stipulation that even though they fraudulently charged me $250 and I have a valid review. I wouldn't get a refund unless I removed this. I was supposed to be emailed this so called document yesterday and I never got it. I asked when I would be getting my money and they said

Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are known for scamming their customers, including myself, with hidden bogus fees. Just read the dozens of complaints filed with the BBB and others to get a taste of how they cheat their customers. Deceptive and immoral behavior plain and simple. I would give zero stars if possible
