Four Star Cargo is a full service International Air & Ocean transportation company since 1985. We specialize in Air freight and LCL (Less than Container Load) ocean shipments to Sint Maarten & the World. We are an IATA (International Air Transport Association) Air Freight Forwarder.
For Ocean Services we are NVOCC (Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier) and an OTI (Ocean Transport Intermediary) Licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission of the United States.Please include a copy of the priced invoice on the outside of the cargo to avoid delays while we obtain the required paperwork for an Export shipment.

Their service is reliable and you would normally receive your shipments on time without much hassle. But their air shipment rates have been steadily increasing. Meanwhile, more and more freight forwarding service providers are getting into the market to compete as E-commerce and online shopping are getting more popular among consumers in the Caribbean islands. Last I checked, hundreds of people are lined up to wait and collect their cargos at their agent location in St Maarten on a normal Friday afternoon. Something you dont see in a normal store unless it's Black Friday.

Very poor customer service....!!! Incompetent service personnel...
When trying to send a gift box sent from SXM to Miami, the service rep took forever to attend me. He then took the measurements and the weight. Then after almost half an hour, he asked what's inside the box and told him that it contains liquids (Guava berry liquor), for which he replied that they cannot send liquids to the US. All that wasted time and horrible service.
It is a miracle that this company is still in business, taking into consideration the poor level of customer service. Only one attendant, while other inept employees

Horrible shipping company. You feel like an outsider as soon as you pull up to the warehouse, and are treated like one for the duration of your business. Their prices are reflective of what they feel like charging you. For example, one one occasion I paid $300 to ship 900 lbs, and 3 months later I paid $400 to ship 700 lbs. When I questioned the representative, he said that is just how it is - I was also charged for "warehouse packaging" such as shrink wrapping which I did not request. Their insurance claims department and customer service reps are a joke. You are better off driving a bit north
