Dale, with Salt Water Realty provided amazing customer service. My family and I had a little trouble with our initial rental and Dale did not hesitate to make it right and even reached out to me personally to assist in making other arrangements! Afterwards, he took care to follow-up and make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at Carolina Beach. The trip ended with lots of smiles and laughter which may not have happened without Dale's personal care, and professional customer service! I will definitely be renting from Dale and this group again!

This company is great!!! Definitely would recommend renting through them. I have had a great experience working with Dale, and he set me up with an awesome winter rental that was exactly as described. He made sure to give me all of the details I needed (as I was a bit nervous about renting without seeing the place first) and has been so personable and professional throughout the whole rental process. This company is extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home during your stay!

Just stayed at one of salt water real estates Beach houses. Me and my wife went to celebrate our 1rst year anniversary. Dale actually assisted me in helping me with some great accommendations and was very understanding. With his help we were able to enjoy and have a great time at their beach home. What a great overall experience it was and I would highly recommend salt water to everyone. Thank you guys and Dale for your great help and customer service!!! Beach home was also very nice in a great area with lots of food choices and walking distance to beach!

Our family LOVED our beach house, "Dune Our Thing" suite 3. For a family of five; kids ranging from 15 to 9-yr-old twin boys, that's an accomplishment in itself! A short walk - just a few minutes to the beach - made quick return trips for sunrise and sunsets a breeze. Dale did a great job of describing the place. It was so well decorated, clean and comfortable, that it exceeded our expectations. He also made himself available for any problems, but our stay went off without a hitch. Rooms were immaculate and cozy. Place smelled fresh and clean. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well

I rented a beach house at Carolina Beach last winter through Saltwater and had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Saltwater in assisting with your next vacation rental. The house was clean and well equipped with everything to meet my needs. The exterior was also very well maintained throughout my stay. Dale and Carol were great in always promptly responding to any questions or concerns I had to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. I am looking forward to another great experience this winter through Saltwater!

My family and I stayed in a little apartment in Carolina Beach. Dale and the team were very helpful and responsive. We were able to stay an extra night at a great value, and that was a huge blessing for us! We loved being right across from the beach and the apartment was very neat & tidy. Will definitely be staying with this company again!

We rented a beach house from Salt Water Real Estate. The house was exactly as described. It was thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Dale was great. He has great communication and immediately responded to our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. He even gave us directions to a great spot to take our dogs. I highly recommend them to everyone and hopefully get the opportunity to rent from them again for another vacation!
