Since 1982 my mother, Pat Efird, and I, Susan Efird, have operated Beach Girls Realty. We are a fully incorporated real estate company that provides the following services: property management, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, auctions, property listings and sales. Our family has resided in Carolina Beach since the 1950's, so we've seen a lot of changes in this area.
