They're really nice! You get lots of snackys, soda, candy and even avocados! Good music playing too.
Jerry does his thing typing stuff while you sit there and chill and then he puts your paperwork organized into folders for you. They aren't super expensive but not cheap either. I say fair pricing for the convenience and expertise (for individual tax prep) Easy peasy process!
I stayed out of tax jail because of them.

Needed to get someone to do our taxes last minute 3 weeks before tax day and needed to get it done on a weekend due to busy schedule. Found Taxpros Plus on yelp and saw that they were open on weekends; one of the few places that was open Saturday afternoon. Called Saturday afternoon and spoke to Jerry who was able to squeeze us in before closing that day. He waited for us to get there even though it would mean that he would have to stay there past closing to file our taxes. When we got there, Jerry was very informative. We appreciate that he did not rush the process and took the time to answer

This Company understands Customer Service, their whole attitude seems to be helping their customer.
