At Tongbu Wellness Center, our treatments provide relief for a variety of issues including but not limit to chronic pain, auto-immune disorders, digestive disorders, nutrition counseling, people in transitions, mindful parenting, sleep disorders, and stress reduction. Tongbu Wellness Center was born through my healing journey that required synchronicity between several healing modalities.
Tongbu is Mandarin for "synchronicity" or "walk with me." We specialize in providing an alternative approach to mind-body wellness that synchronizes your unique needs and desires with healing options to support your journey. Instead of treating symptoms we help you identify the source of your issues so that we can customize a health plan.
Acupuncture is performed through acupuncture points, meridians, and energy flow. The process of acupuncture helps in reducing symptoms of specific imbalances in the body caused by illness. When the needles are inserted into these points with appropriate combinations, it creates a positive energy flow to help restore the proper balance.
I'm a certified Aesclepion Clairvoyant Medium and New Ventures West Life Coach. I specialize in intuitive mind-body coaching and help people discover new possibilities and opportunities to align their lives from the inside out. Intuitive training and integral coaching have helped me untangle my messes by teaching me how to nurture the most important relationship of all - my relationship with myself!

Had a fantastic session with Chuck the Medical Medium. Stuff that I thought was resolved was really resolved. Found ways to deal with injuries that were new and suggestions to get other areas of the body checked and when. Super helpful in personal matters as well. Booked for months out, but it's worth it.

I have a long time chronic lower back problem, but I always feel relaxed & balanced after having an acupuncture session with Heide, which can certainly trigger the self-balance system in my body.
As a Chinese, I need to admit Heide is an exceptional healer, great listener, and incredibly knowledgeable herbalist of Chinese medicine. Her office is clean, friendly, and inviting. The fire room is warm and relaxing and I never feel rushed with Heide. She takes the time to get to know my symptoms after the previous visit and makes a treatment plan from there. Even my work stress can be relieved

Heide is amazing! Decided to give acupuncture a try after my anxiety was becoming unbearable and I came across Tongbu. From the first phone call she was super attentive and caring. She wanted to help me and that gave me the reassurance this was the place for me. Right after my first session my anxiety dissolved. Took away that cloud of fear. She really cares. I'm so happy to be working with her to dissolve all this stress. Please do yourself a favor and hit her up!!!

I could feel myself relax as I walked through the doors of this amazingly healing space. I've had a couple of acupuncture treatments with Heide. She is very gentle, so if you've never tried acupuncture before, she would be a great person to go to. And she gives you a nice little head and neck massage at the end :) A real healer. I love the space, and am looking forward to going back for more acupuncture and to try some of their other services, like massage. I'd urge you to check it out!

Gorgeous venue with views of the creek. The vibe in the place is super relaxing with tasteful decor. As soon as I walk in the door my blood pressure drops by about 10 points. I have had a couple sessions acupuncture from Heide and a couple massages from Fabio and both were excellent. I am a chiropractor myself and have had a lot of body work done and everything in this place is top notch. Highly recommended.

Hayley, along with the whole Tongbu staff, is attentive and knowledgeable. Hayley listens and customizes her services based on her client's skin care needs. I had a Reiki session with Heide and it was amazing. First off, I love the space and the energy of the wellness center. When you walk in the door you immediately feel the energy and good vibes.
I went for a session because I am in transition and needed some help getting clear. The session included Heide telling me some things that came up during the session and each of them were spot on and hit home in a deeply spiritual way. I am so glad I found the Tongbu Wellness Center in Novato and plan to come back for body work.

I can't say how pleased I am with Tongbu Wellness and Heidi. My wife found Heidi and turned me on to her. She is incredibly talented at massage. Very intuitive and just seems to know where you need work. I am an athlete and have been getting massages my entire life. I can say that Heidi is top notch and you are in great hands with her. It really does not get any better.
I've only done massage but they also offer other services too. If those are anywhere close to the level of the massage that Heidi gives then you can be assured they will be as good as it gets.
